So, I don’t know if it was a coincidence, or if somewhere in my mind when I was typing of a list of themed months and days this stuck in my head, but on Friday, Philip and I got together and batched cooked two different soups. My plan was to make several different kinds, freeze them, and then have a lot of variety for lunches. In fact, I’d love to do just soup, salad, or raw lunches.
For this year’s Soup Month, I’ll be posting some of my favorite soups (originals and others’) as well as the ones we’ve tried. Come back every Wednesday in January for some great soup recipes. That’s five soups for the month!
